These Terms govern your use of Better Than My Ex™ (“BTME™”).
Eligibility
BTME™ is intended for adults legally permitted to use a dating service in their location. You must provide accurate account information and comply with applicable law.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity carried out through it.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By providing content to BTME™, you grant the service the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, display and transmit that content for operation of the service.
Prohibited conduct
You must not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, exploit or harm others; distribute illegal content; misuse the service; attempt unauthorised access; or use BTME™ to facilitate unlawful activity.
Safety
BTME™ cannot verify every claim made by members and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct or safety of another person. Use your judgement when communicating and meeting.
Subscriptions
BTME Premium subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed and managed by Apple. They may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's terms and account settings.
Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect the integrity of BTME™.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Operator information
The final legal identity and service address of the BTME™ operator must be completed before commercial launch where required by law.
